Subject: model for MDH



Actually, the model we are going to try and use is put a WWW up
with two parts:  one on debugging and one on debugging tools.
I've got a student (Ansh) putting together an outline now, so
I've CCed him on this email.  

The second part is if we can develop case studies that make sense
to put in an informational or historical RFC.
